• Common areas will be inspected using an inspection form tailored for your association.
• Activity logs trace action being taken on all of the service requests which Compass receives each month from board members, board meetings, homeowners, property inspections, vendors, etc. This action log has is pivotal to maintain open communication with the association.
• All enforcement issues are completely tracked in activity logs, giving detailed lists, including all homeowner information, enforcement issue letters sent, hearing and hearing results.
• The monthly management package includes an analysis of every delinquent homeowner. It is updated continually and includes reports of correspondence, collections, and any legal actions.
• Automatic assessment payments can be directly deposited, electronically, from homeowner bank accounts to the association accounts.
