1. Check out our Available Units and see if we have anything in our inventory that matches your desired location, budget, and unit features.
2. Download our Application and print one out for you and any adult who will be applying for the unit. After filling out and signing the application(s) please  
3. Submit the application back to us with $30 fee/per application.

**OPTIONAL** If you wish to "hold" a unit (or keep us from advertising it to other people) you may put down a non-refundable holding deposit while we process your application. If you are denied , then it will be refunded back to you. If you are approved, then it will be applied towards your security deposit.

2. Qualifications for Approval

- Good landlord references (No prior evictions)
- Good credit (timely payments being made on accounts)
- Combined household income is at least 2-3 times the rental amount
- Good background references

3. Approved applicants:   Upon being approved,  please make sure you have the move-in money ready, which is the security deposit and 1st month's rent.
