Aloha! Perhaps you are thinking about relocating to Oahu , or just looking for another place to live. Here at Complete Rental Management (CRM) we are interested in matching our qualified applicants with available units that fit your needs. Here are a few easy steps to help you on your search.

1. Check out our Available Units and see if we have anything in our inventory that matches your desired location, budget, and unit features.
2. Download our Application and print one out for you and any adult who will be applying for the unit. After filling out and signing the application(s) please  
3. Submit the application back to us with $20 fee/per application.   

You can do this by dropping it off at our office at 1188 Bishop St #PH2,  Honolulu , HI 96813 . 
(At the corner of Bishop & Beretannia St, in the Century Square Building on the 36th floor)

You can also FAX the application back to us at 808-537-3016 and bring in the fee later on.

Or you can mail the application(s) and fee(s) to us at:

**OPTIONAL** If you wish to "hold" a unit (or keep us from advertising it to other people) you may put down a $250 non-refundable holding deposit while we process your application. If you are denied , then it will be refunded back to you. If you are approved, then it will be applied towards your security deposit.

2. Qualifications for Approval

- Good landlord references (No prior evictions)
- Good credit (timely payments being made on accounts)
- Combined household income is at least 3 times the rental amount
- Good background references

3. Approved applicants:   Upon being approved,  please make sure you have the move-in money ready, which is the security deposit and 1st month's rent.
